Anonymous State Pinning for Private Blockchains

Anonymous State Pinning for Private Blockchains: a paper describing how to post block hashes of a sidechain (Pins) to a management chain or Ethereum MainNet such that only one of the participants is revealed, and yet the other participants can challenge pins they disagree with. Additionally, the rate of pinning can be hidden. This technique is useful to prevent the majority of sidechain participants colluding to revert state and can be used to pin the final state of a blockchain prior to blockchain archiving. The techniques in this paper though developed specifically for Ethereum Private Sidechains are generally applicable to any situation in which hashes are posted to a blockchain.
